About Genna M. Losinski

I help clients build meaningful, balanced lives by providing a supportive space to increase self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, and develop practical coping skills. Together, we focus on what matters most to you—and create tools you can use in everyday life. I have a special interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, and I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, and health-related concerns such as smoking cessation and diabetes management.

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). With training in health psychology, I take a whole-person view—considering the connection between mind and body and integrating sleep, nutrition, movement, and social connection to support lasting well-being and healthy aging.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I respect the courage it takes to begin. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. When you’re ready, you’re welcome to schedule a call—we can talk through your goals, answer any questions, and decide together on the best path forward.
